Job Overview

We are adding a new position to our company, the Industrial Maintenance Supervisor. The Industrial Maintenance Supervisor at Impact Beverage will lead a team of technicians to ensure the reliable operation of manufacturing equipment and facility systems through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs. Key responsibilities include overseeing daily maintenance activities, ensuring safety and quality standards (like GMPs and SOPs) are met, and leading/developing the maintenance team. This role requires strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, leadership skills, and the ability to improve processes to enhance efficiency and equipment reliability.

Work Schedule: AM and PM shifts available (4-10 hour shifts)

Responsibilities:

· Supervise, train, and coach technicians to support skill development, performance growth and positive work environment

· Oversee both preventive and emergency maintenance to minimize downtime and maximize equipment operation.

· Enforce safety protocols (including OSHA) and ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and sanitation standards (like HACCP and GMPs).

· Monitor and enforce safety policies, lockout/tagout procedures and regulatory standards

· Oversee smaller capital and in-house projects, and ensure sufficient supplies are readily available.

· Analyze and resolve work problems, implement changes to improve efficiency, and utilize tools to optimize processes and equipment.

· Assist with planning and executing shutdowns, installations and equipment upgrades

· Collaborate with cross-departmentally with Production and Engineering teams to identify and resolve recurring equipment issues and implement long-term solutions

· Ensure parts inventory is properly maintained and reorder supplies as needed

· Other jobs or duties as assigned by the Maintenance Manager

Required Qualifications:

· Technical degree in Maintenance, Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field – OR – equivalent experience in manufacturing maintenance leadership

· Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial manufacturing maintenance.

· Proven experience leading and developing teams of 5+ people

· Excellent time management and organizational skills to manage schedules, work orders and projects

· Experience using a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)

· Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and report on maintenance status

· Deep understand of safety regulations and quality standards specific to beverage industry

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience working in a Lean manufacturing environment

· Experience in food or beverage manufacturing

Physical Requirements:

· Ability to sit/stand/walk in a factory/warehouse environment for most of the day.

· Ability to work on a computer and office environment for extended periods.

· Ability to travel on an occasion for trainings, workshops, or seminars.

· Ability to wear appropriate PPE when working in the manufacturing facility.
