Job description

Purpose
The Implementation Project Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities associated with the full implementation lifecycle of ibml Coretex Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solutions for both new and existing clients. The ideal candidate must be highly organized, customer-focused, and capable of translating business objectives into successful implementation plans.
The role focuses on customer implementations leveraging the ibml Coretex platform, including document classification, data extraction, workflow automation, validation processes, integration services, testing, deployment, and transition to support.
The position serves as a trusted advisor to customers and coordinates cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions that improve document processing efficiency and business outcomes.
Role and Responsibilities
  • Lead implementation projects involving ibml Coretex Intelligent Document Processing solutions from project initiation through production deployment.
  • Manage multiple client projects concurrently while maintaining project schedules, budgets, and delivery objectives.
  • Develop project plans, work breakdown structures, milestones, and dependency tracking using Microsoft Project or similar tools.
  • Coordinate activities across customers, Professional Services, Solutions Engineering, Product Management, Development, and Support teams.
  • Manage implementation activities including classification, extraction, validation, workflow automation, and exception handling.
  • Coordinate integrations with ECM, ERP, BPM, and line-of-business applications.
  • Facilitate project status meetings, executive reviews, and risk management activities.
  • Support testing, user acceptance, deployment readiness, and production rollout activities.
  • Manage project scope, change requests, risks, issues, and customer communications.
  • Ensure successful transition to support and customer success organizations.
  • Management of Fusion implementations may be undertaken on a selective basis, particularly when a Fusion deployment is paired with a Coretex implementation.

Preferred Skills, Qualifications and Education Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or equivalent discipline.
  • 5+ years of project management experience delivering enterprise software solutions.
  • Experience with Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), OCR, document automation, or workflow automation solutions preferred.
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Working knowledge of AI technologies and enterprise software implementations.
  • Knowledge of ECM, BPM, records management, or workflow platforms preferred.
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management certification preferred.
  • Ability and willingness to travel as required.
