This role is a fixed, permanent position. All successful applicants will receive a permanent employment contract regardless of location.

The role:
  • Work very closely with our customers to understand their technical requirements and ensure the correct data is collected to gain a clear understanding of their system environments
  • Map relevant data and work closely with domain experts to ensure integration workflows are seamless.
  • Run end‑user trainings
  • Provide technical support to customers during software implementation and deployment
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including installation guides, user manuals, and technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including pre‑sales, product leads, engineering and domain experts to ensure successful customer deployments
  • Bachelor´s or Master´s degree in Computer Science or a similar natural science field
  • Minimum of 3-5yrs experience in complex software implementation, data management or similar background
  • Experience working with large data sets and data integration tools
  • High level of understanding of corporate software environments, e.g. PDM, ERP
  • Strong understanding of database design and SQL
  • Hands‑on experience with at least one programming language such as Java, Python, or C++
  • Excelling problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Dexterity with software tools and data manipulation & analysis
  • A creative mind that can think outside the box
  • Curiosity to find disruptive as opposed to incremental solutions to tough data problems
  • Residing in and legally permitted to work in the US, East Coast hours.
