Education
- Bachelor's degree in a discipline such as Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Construction Technology, or related field.
Licenses and Certification
- Certified Health Care Physical Environment Worker preferred

- CHFM Certified preferred
Experience and Skills
- Healthcare Construction Management / Technical Experience: 3 years preferred.

- Evaluates effectiveness of programs and processes to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Manages project safety while minimizing operational impacts.
- Reviews, Evaluates and Approves project pay application and invoices.
- Closes out project in timely manner.
- Utilize and actively participate in refinement of Construction Management Software Processes, reports and education.
- Utilize and actively participate in refinement of Construction Management Software's implementation, functionality, reports and education.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
