Job Title: Project Manager

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial and residential construction projects from pre-construction through project completion. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Miami, FL, offering the chance to manage multiple projects while collaborating with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and experience managing project schedules, budgets, quality, and overall project execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage construction projects throughout all phases, including planning, pre-construction, execution, and closeout.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure milestones and deadlines are achieved.
  • Prepare, monitor, and manage project budgets while controlling costs and maximizing project efficiency.
  • Review construction drawings, specifications, contracts, and project documentation for accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to maintain effective communication.
  • Track project progress and proactively identify risks, delays, or potential issues while implementing appropriate solutions.
  • Manage change orders, project documentation, and financial reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction activities, verify quality standards, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Experience managing project financials, including estimating, forecasting, and change order administration.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and risk management abilities.
  • Proficiency with construction management software, scheduling applications, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness and ability to work on-site in Miami, FL, including conducting regular project site visits and attending meetings.
