Job Description
Responsible for managing implementation activities for medium-complexity projects. Coordinates project deliverables, timelines, and system configurations, requiring moderate problem-solving, analysis, and decision-making skills. Serves as a liaison between internal business lines and project stakeholders and may participate in client meetings to support project execution, issue resolution, and successful implementation outcomes.
Participates in the identification, design, development and implementation of assigned projects. Assigned projects may be general or systems related in nature. Interfaces with internal and external resources to ensure successful and timely completion in accordance with user needs. Participates in training users and evaluating the project. Manages performance of the project team and evaluates overall team performance.
Required:
  • Must be able to adhere to a hybrid work model, including mandatory in-office presence on Tuesdays and Thursdays, remaining days to meet requirements are flexible .
  • During the initial training and onboarding period, employees will be required to work on-site full-time to support knowledge transfer, collaboration, and successful integration into the team.
  • Position operates within standard business hours of 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM ET; however, the role requires flexibility to support business needs outside of regular hours, including occasional evenings and weekends for platform testing.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Three to five years of experience in project management activities

  • Good knowledge of assigned business line or functional area
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Thorough knowledge of project management
  • Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Location: Jacksonville, FL Hub Office
The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside of the location for the other days.

Pay Range: $66,640.00 - $78,400.00
