Implementation Managers requirethe necessary knowledge& skillsto support and managemembers oftheir team. Theyare responsible forrecruitment & hiring, performance management, training, leadership & development, succession planning, forecasting, budgeting, compensation, and recognition for those in their team.   • With a specific focus on product implementations, hires, monitors, and develops all resources
  • Oversees individual performance goals and ensuresappropriate assessmentsof delivery versus the stated goals,general performance, alignment with the JANA Values and Way, and development
  • Conducts monthly 1-1s and quarterly and year-end reviews for direct reports, including fostering an environment of constructive feedback

  • Able to travel in the USasrequired
