Job description

Reality Labs is building the future of human connection through AI glasses, wearables, and virtual reality. Our products only reach their full cultural potential when they show up in the moments people already care about — sport, music, fashion, film, gaming, and beyond.We're looking for a Brand Partnerships Lead to originate and drive the high-profile external partnerships that define how the world experiences Reality Labs products. This is a senior individual contributor role for someone who can independently own a portfolio of high-visibility partnerships end to end — from strategy and courtship through negotiation, activation, and measurement — and who can influence senior stakeholders across Meta and at the world's biggest brands.
Brand Partnerships Lead, Reality Labs Responsibilities:
  • Own a portfolio of Reality Labs' most strategic brand, IP, and talent partnerships, setting the strategy and driving it to signed, activated, and measured outcomes
  • Identify and prioritize partnership opportunities that advance product, brand, and commercial goals — building the case, sizing the opportunity, and securing internal alignment
  • Lead complex commercial negotiations end to end, partnering with Legal, Finance, and Business Development on structure, terms, and risk
  • Design and deliver integrated activations across retail, social, events, and earned media in partnership with Product Marketing, Comms, Creative, and Media teams
  • Serve as the senior day-to-day relationship owner with C-level and executive counterparts at partner organizations
  • Optimize the operating model for how Reality Labs evaluates, executes, and measures partnerships — including deal frameworks, success metrics, and post-campaign readouts
  • Represent partnership strategy in senior leadership forums, translating cultural and market insight into clear data-backed recommendations

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in brand partnerships, sponsorships, entertainment marketing, business development, or integrated brand marketing
  • Demonstrated track record independently originating, negotiating, and closing large-scale brand, IP, or talent partnerships
  • Experience leading cross-functional programs across marketing, product, legal, finance, and creative without direct authority
  • Experience influencing and communicating with executive-level stakeholders, internally and externally
  • Demonstrated ability to operate with ambiguity and set direction in a new or fast-evolving product category
  • Experience defining success metrics and using data to evaluate partnership performance
  • Experience developing creative partnership concepts and translating them into structured strategies supported by data and analysis
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or Creative discipline, or equivalent practical experience

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in consumer hardware, wearables, AR/VR, or a category requiring consumer education
  • Experience launching a new product or brand into culture from zero
  • Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
