1st Shift | Full-Time Opportunity
Pay Range: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Control Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a newly created position due to the implementation of a new ERP system, creating an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoys a mix of production control, data entry, logistics coordination, and clerical support.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform production control duties while supporting daily manufacturing operations
• Enter and maintain accurate data within ERP systems
• Assist with logistics coordination and production scheduling
• Complete clerical and administrative tasks to support operations
• Work directly with the Production Manager and leadership team
• Monitor inventory, job flow, and production updates
• Troubleshoot issues and assist with process improvements
• Adapt to changing priorities and support where needed in a fluid work environment

Qualifications:
• Previous experience in Production Control, Logistics, ERP systems, or Data Entry preferred
• Strong computer skills and confidence learning new systems
• Experience working with ERP software required
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with data entry
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to take initiative
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Clerical or administrative support experience is a plus
