  • Maintain visibility into project status, risks, and dependencies, and communicate them clearly and proactively to stakeholders.
  • Produce delivery artifacts and communications such as milestone planning, release notes, and team- and executive‑level progress summaries.
  • Help establish and maintain lightweight planning and review rhythms that fit the team, and continuously improve how work is organized and tracked.
  • Balance scope, timeline, and quality, making pragmatic trade‑offs in close collaboration with engineering leadership.
  • Dig into unfamiliar problem domains, researching and learning them thoroughly as the team takes on new and increasingly complex projects.

  • Comfortable operating in a rapidly growing environment with complex, evolving scope - adaptable, resourceful, and strong problem solving, with an ability to learn new domains quickly.
  • Experience working directly with engineers on scope, architecture, and technical trade‑offs.
  • A mindset of ownership, autonomy, and accountability.
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills and a passion for learning and growth.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized, independent, and able to interact with individuals from multiple disciplines.
