As a Forward Deployed Software Engineering Manager, you will lead the development of innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation and enhance business performance. Within our Tax practice you will combine technical experience with creative thinking to deliver software products that revolutionize industries and provide exceptional user experiences. You will manage client accounts, mentor junior staff, and be accountable for project success, maintaining high standards and fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth. You are expected to lead with integrity, articulating our purpose and values, and to embrace technology and innovation to improve delivery and inspire others.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and deployment of innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation.
  • Manage software engineering projects, including planning, budgeting, execution, and completion.
  • Guide teams in designing, coding, and testing applications to enhance user experiences.
  • Utilize technical skills in API management, application development, and software design to deliver exceptional solutions.
  • Oversee the integration of enterprise applications and confirm seamless functionality across systems.
  • Analyze and identify system interactions to optimize software performance and reliability.
  • Mentor team members to develop their skills and encourage continuous learning and growth.

Salary and Benefits

Salary range: $99,000 - $266,000. Compensation within this range depends on skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and is subject to applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), holiday pay, vacation, personal and family sick leave, and more.
