About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and talentedย Software Engineerย to join our team. This position offers a hands-on opportunity to work on real-world projects, collaborate with experienced engineers, and contribute to developing innovative software solutions that support Renesas's digital multiphase power controllers. You will gain exposure to the full software development lifecycle and have the chance to make a meaningful impact.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design, development, testing, and deployment of software libraries, applications, and tools for Renesas's digital multiphase power controllers in a small, fast-paced team in a highly dynamic environment.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in languages such as C++ and/or Python.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues at every level of software technology.
Qualifications

Requirements

  • Strong programming skills in a language such as C++ and/or Python.
  • Understanding of software development principles, data structures, and algorithms.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willing to work in-office for at least 3 days/week depending on team needs.

Education
