The Fraud Software Engineering Manager leads engineering teams responsible for designing, building, and operating scalable fraud technology solutions that protect customers and align to business and risk objectives. This role drives end to end delivery across the software development lifecycle using Agile practices, ensuring work is prioritized, risks and dependencies are managed, and outcomes are delivered with quality and predictability.
The manager provides technical leadership to ensure solutions are secure, resilient, and aligned with solution architecture, while maintaining platform health, performance, and continuous improvement. They build and develop high performing teams through coaching, clear performance expectations, and a strong culture of accountability and inclusion.
