Job Summary

We are seeking a highly diligent and responsibleBusiness Admin Specialist to join our project. The candidate will be responsible for managing general administrative tasks. This position requires strong communication and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to coordinate with various vendors in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to day administrative activities to support efficient office operations
• Assist in maintaining office equipment, supplies, and managing office space
  
• Support the implementation and improvement of administrative procedures and processes
  
• Maintain databases, records, and filing systems
• Assist in budget preparation and expense management
• Enter and maintain administrative and business transaction records in SAP and other business systems
• Perform other duties as assigned from Administration team.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of administrative procedures and office operations
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office(Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with office management software and tools
• Effective communication, organizational, and multitasking skills

Required Skills

• High proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Education- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred

Preferred

• Bilingual in English and Korean is highly preferred for communication with other employees
  
• 1-2 years of hand-on experience in administrative roles with a coordination or management focus
• Experienced in SAP
  

Additional Information

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Weekend work may be required depending on the workload
