What You'll Do:
As a Mechanical Engineering Intern at Glassboard, you will:

  • Assist in the design and development of mechanical systems and components using tools like OnShape or other CAD software.
  • Conduct analysis, testing, and validation of designs to ensure optimal performance and quality.
  • Work closely with senior engineers to create prototypes and refine designs based on testing results.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions, design reviews, and client meetings to gain insights into the product development lifecycle.
  • Document designs, calculations, and processes to ensure traceability and knowledge sharing.
  • Contribute to the assembly and testing of hardware, providing hands-on support in our workshop.
  • Engage in cross-disciplinary collaboration with electrical, firmware, and industrial design teams.
