Your Key Responsibilities
• Lead core execution for the Sr. Software Engineer role across day to day priorities, technical problem solving, and cross functional coordination.
• Drive high quality outcomes for projects based in Boston, Massachusetts, USA while maintaining strong operational discipline.
• Partner with internal stakeholders, vendors, and production teams to move work from planning into successful delivery.
• Improve process stability, quality, and throughput through disciplined analysis and practical execution.
• Support issue resolution, technical decision making, and continuous improvement activity across the function.
• Document results clearly and communicate progress, risks, and recommendations to the broader team.
• Contribute hands-on expertise in support of schedule, quality, and business objectives.
What You Bring to the Role
Bachelors degree in Computer Science with 8+ Years of experience
Strong design & development experience with JEE & Enterprise Technologies: JMS, JDBC, Web development, Transactions, WS-*, JVM, JSP, Servlets, EJB, JNDI, JMX, JTA, Spring, JUnit, Hibernate
Preferred experience with Web development, Mobile Development(iOS & Android), React JS/Angular JS/Polymer JS, NodeJS
Preferred experience on public API development and using API Gateway like APiGEE
XML technologies: XSLT, XPATH, DOM, SAX, JAXP, XSD, XQuery Namespaces and XML parsers and tools
File-based transfer applications (e.g. Sterling, SFTP, etc)
Strong proficiency and hands on experience in Design and Development RDBMS architecture and performance tuning systems like Oracle/MS- SQL/SQL Server
