QA Functional Tester
Rate - 60/hr
Job Description: This is a hybrid position and the candidate needs to be in the Framingham office for 3 days a week.
In this role, you will serve as a manual and automation QA resource for the Staples.com and SBA Enterprise Integration Testing team. You will be part of a dynamic Integration QA team, responsible for delivering quality features and enhancements, as well as developing and maintaining automation scripts.
You will contribute to QA efforts for large-scale B2B eCommerce web applications, tools, and software. Your responsibilities include monitoring testing progress, providing status updates, and escalating issues in Jira. You will develop Java/Selenium test automation scripts and ensure successful execution using TestNG Local, Selenium Grid, and cloud-based execution.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's in Computer Science or IT with 7+ years (or Master's in Computer Science with 5+ years) of proven QA experience.
Experience with enterprise-level web applications testing, QA tools, and methodologies.
Experience in developing test automation scripts, with programming skills in at least one development language (OO/Java/Python/Perl preferred).
Hands-on experience in QA methodologies, Java, Selenium, TestNG, and Object Model automation framework.
Proven Quality Engineering automation experience using Selenium or similar tools.
Ability to multi-task, work independently and collaboratively, and adapt easily to shifting priorities
