Overview

We are seeking an experienced Embedded Software Engineer to support the design, development, integration, and maintenance of advanced software applications in a fast-paced engineering environment. This role requires a strong technical background, proven leadership experience, and the ability to contribute across multiple engineering programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain software applications using C++, C#, Python, and Java.
  • Lead and support multiple engineering projects simultaneously.
  • Drive rapid prototyping and iterative software development efforts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure successful system integration.
  • Utilize Azure DevOps and modern CI/CD practices for software delivery and project tracking.
  • Provide technical leadership while remaining hands-on with software design and development.
  • Develop innovative software solutions that support business and program objectives.
  • Promote efficient engineering practices, continuous improvement, and high-quality software delivery.
Required Qualifications
  • 10–15 years of professional software engineering experience, including technical leadership responsibilities.
