Job description

Supply Chain Co-op:
We offer several co-op term options to accommodate various academic schedules. All positions are fully on site in Fitchburg, WI.
Options are as follows:
1) Spring Term: Full-time January 2027 - August 2027
2) Fall Term: Full-time June 2027 - December 2027
3) Full year: Full-time June 2027 - August 2027, then Part-time* September 2027 - May 2028
*Part-time requires a minimum of 10 hours/week and a maximum of 29 hours/week
Must be enrolled in a 4-year bachelor's program with good academic standing and be able to work on site in Fitchburg, WI.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with project work focused on improving the performance of current supply chain material planning systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for enhancing business process efficiencies.
  • Support the development and implementation of new technology tools to optimize supply planning and purchasing operations.
  • Work closely with buyers and planners to assist in tactical functions including order management.
  • Conduct data analysis to provide insights and recommendations for supply chain improvements.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions to drive continuous improvement.
  • Help maintain accurate records of procurement activities and supplier performance metrics.

Qualifications:
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
