Company Overview

We're now hiring for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. As an SDR, you'll reach out to potential clients, build relationships, and set up meetings to demonstrate the benefits of our software. SDRs are vital in building rapport with new customers and uncovering their unique needs. In our office, you'll have the chance to collaborate and learn from other SDRs, Account Executives, and sales managers.


We want you to succeed and offer training and support to help you develop your sales skills. We offer a benefits package, base pay, and commissions and bonuses. This is a great chance to work alongside experienced Account Executives. We love to promote from within, and there's a clear path to advance to an Account Executive role. Work Location:Logan, Utah - In office

Work Hours: Mon-Fri, 25-40hrs/week.


Compensation:

  • Demo set bonus: $20 per demo completed with proposal
  • Commission: 10% on ARR on closed deals
  • Base Pay
  • Potential monthly bonus


Schedule:

  • Full-time: 40 hours a week (Monday-Friday)
  • Hours: 6:00 am - 3:00 pm or 7:00 am - 4:00 pm

Responsibilities:

  • Make 75-95 calls daily to government agencies
  • Identify and qualify leads through effective communication
  • Schedule demos for Account Executives
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed targets
  • Maintain accurate records of activities in our CRM (Pipedrive)
  • Demonstrate a strong desire to learn and grow within the organization


Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Comfortable making a high volume of calls
  • Open to feedback and eager to learn - coachability is essential
  • High energy, self-motivated, and results-oriented
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Sales or a customer-facing experience is a plus
  • CRM experience is a plus
