SELECTION REQUIREMENTS To qualify, you must meet one of the following options at the final filing date of this bulletin: OPTION I: 9+ years' of experience in software development; two years of which must include experience in managing or supervising a team. OPTION II: Associate's degree* in information technology, computer science, management information systems, or related field; -AND- 7+ years' of experience in software development; two years of which must include experience in managing or supervising a team.

OPTION III: Bachelor's degree* in information technology, computer science, management information systems, or related field; -AND- 5+ years' of experience in software development; two years of which must include experience in managing or supervising a team. OPTION IV: Master's degree* in information technology, computer science, management information systems, or related field; -AND- 3+ years' of experience in software development; two years of which must include experience in managing or supervising a team. *To qualify for Options that require educational credentials, you must attach the required documentation to your application.
