ROLE:

Identifies issues with various Payment Scheme message formats and present resolutions. This will be followed up with preparation, testing, reporting of satisfactory results or need for further testing. Analyze test for integrity of data, risks in application and release readiness.

  • Identifies problems and proposes resolutions.

  • Follow detailed procedures and instructions

  • Assist in identifying and producing further documentation for resolutions.

  • Understand Payment Scheme message formats for Magstripe, EMV and Contactless

  • Document and maintain functional test cases and other test artifacts

  • Execute manual test cases and report test results.

  • Analyze tests with the goal of making them more efficient.

  • Make recommendations on acceptable risks in the application.


Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelors in technical background and 0 years or HS/GED and 4 years

  • Payment industry knowledge required.

  • Agile experience

  • Partner-facing consulting experience in a consulting organization or as part of an enterprise software company

  • Must have experience with large and complex enterprise software implementations

  • Experience Troubleshooting Win, Mobile, Server (Linux/Windows)


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors in technical background

  • Capable of troubleshooting API connectivity and basic network issues

  • Working knowledge of RESTful APIs, JSON payloads, HTTP methods, and TCP/IP networking basics

  • Technical Skills Preferred: JavaScript: 1 year (Preferred), object-oriented programming: 1 year (Preferred), sql language: 1-3 years experience (Preferred)

  • Ability to lead, guide, and facilitate matrix-managed solution development

  • Must be highly articulate, energetic, and accountable

  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical members of a project team and with partners and executives

  • Excellent customer service skills/customer focused

  • Detail oriented in ticket management and documentation

  • Can handle challenging support calls

  • Motivated and self-managed
