Amazon Aurora DSQL is a serverless, distributed SQL database that combines the performance and scalability of cloud-native architecture with the familiarity and ecosystem of PostgreSQL. Aurora DSQL automatically scales compute and storage, delivers high availability across regions, and eliminates operational overhead-while remaining compatible with PostgreSQL applications and tooling.
As a Software Development Manager on the DSQL Dataplane team, you will be responsible for leading a strong team of software engineers that are responsible for parts of the hot path of running queries. You will be responsible for mentoring and coaching a high-performing team of engineers with expertise in distributed systems and databases

You will be responsible for the full development life cycle and operation of services. You will work with the product team and other engineering teams to help build the roadmap and ensure the right thing is being built and delivered to customers.
