About the position  

Reporting to the Pricing Coordinator Supervisor, the Pricing Coordinator is a key member of our Margin Management team and works closely alongside our Product Management, District Commercial, Sales, and Supply Chain teams.

What you'll do:  

  • Enters and maintains vendor costing records and cost changes 
  • Identifies cost contract issues and works towards reduction in discrepancies through weekly audits 
  • Enters and maintains Mass Quote Updates (MQU) through SAP software 
  • Maintains Customer Specific Pricing (CSP) records through SAP software 
  • Ensures price updates are accurate and updated within specified timelines 
  • Utilizes various software systems such as Access Database and Tableau 
  • Works closely with Product Managers and District Commercial Specialists to execute pricing strategies and upload pricing policies 
  • Coordinates and initiates all supplier accounted price changes to customer accounts 
  • Acts as a liaison between Product Management, Purchasing, and Customer Service 
  • Other tasks as assigned

  • Post-secondary degree or 2 years of relevant work experience 
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills 
  • Strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration 
  • Proven ability to effectively meet difficult deadlines and perform well under pressure 
  • Proficiency in MS office applications
