As IT Analyst IV, you will provide technical leadership to a team of analysts to deliver software solutions and maintain existing applications in order to optimize organizational functioning. Responsibilities/Expectations:
  • Analyzes and develops short and long-term solutions to information technology needs through developing new or modifying existing applications

  • Reviews systems requirements and business processes; codes, tests, debugs and implements software applications

  • Executes projects using project management concepts, requirements gathering and documentation, software development lifecycle and testing

  • Collaborates effectively with business partners, project team, and senior management to develop solutions that facilitate the integration of business processes

  • Recommends solutions based on an understanding of business requirements

  • Provides technical leadership and mentorship within a broader team

  • Leadsend-to-end administration,engineering,licensing,and governanceof Microsoft 365andintegrated platformswhilemanaging tenant settings, service accounts, licensing,governance,and platform compatibility

  • Definesandexecutesoncollaboration platform strategiesbymonitoringthe Microsoft 365 roadmap, evaluating emerging capabilities for business value and security fit, and guiding testing, staging, and production readiness

  • Ensuresplatform reliability by providing Tier 3 support, leading root-cause analysis and post-incident reviews, and documenting solutions that improve system stability

  • Supportsmergers and acquisitions through tenant assessments, migration planning, identity and domain consolidation, and security and licensing remediation in coordination with cross-functional stakeholders including Legal, Compliance, HR, and IT

  • Other duties as assigned

Education/Years of Experience:
  • Required: High school diploma or GED and a minimum fifteen (15) years' IT experience, OR Associate's degree and a minimum ten (10) years' IT experience, OR Bachelor's degree in IT-related field and a minimum eight (8) years' IT experience

Other Requirements:
  • Participation in 24/7 on-call support

  • Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority

  • Needs basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Application and PC skills
