Position Summary... What you'll do...The Senior Software Engineer will lead the development and delivery of scalable software solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement features, APIs, and integrations aligned with strategic objectives. This role requires expertise in full software lifecycle management, including coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance, while ensuring high-quality and reliable systems. The position emphasizes technical leadership, solution design, and continuous improvement through innovation and mentorship. The engineer will engage stakeholders to translate complex requirements into effective technical solutions, supporting operational excellence and driving impactful outcomes within a dynamic and evolving environment.
 
About the team:
Join a collaborative team of experienced engineers, UX designers, and product managers focused on delivering innovative mobile and web solutions using open-source technologies such as React.js and React-Native. The team develops scalable, cloud-native backend services with Java and GraphQL, serving millions of users. Agile methodologies and continuous improvement drive the development process, fostering technical growth and problem-solving. Team members apply best practices in software development, testing, and DevOps to create high-quality, reliable software that meets evolving business and customer needs in a dynamic environment.
 
What you'll do:
  • Own feature and model delivery through collaborative engineering teams, managing implementation, testing, and ongoing support.
  • Write clean, efficient code and drive full software development lifecycle including CI/CD deployments and automated testing.
  • Integrate AI/ML components and leverage GenAI tools to enhance software intelligence and development efficiency.
  • Assist in solution design, participate in design reviews, and ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable software systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements and define success metrics.
  • Monitor application performance, conduct maintenance, and support defect management and debugging.
  • Mentor peers, share knowledge, and promote engineering best practices for continuous improvement.
