Job Description

Candidate must be an experienced developer who is a self-starter with demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to produce well written code. Candidate must be organized, thorough, detail oriented and self-motivated. Candidate must be able to successfully integrate with a team and focus on ensuring the team's success. Candidate will have a can-do attitude and will place an emphasis on a practical approach to getting quality work done on time in a fast-paced environment. 


Skills 

8+ years of experience with Microsoft .NET technologies including C# and ASP.NET, VB6 (COM objects, Active reports) 

Exposure to MS SQL Server. 

Nice to have including SSIS, SSRS, C++ 

Good experience with front end UI design preferred 

Strong understanding of Agile design and development life cycle including analysis, design, functionality, testing and support 

Responsibilities 

Interpret business requirements and collaborate with the team to determine implementation details 

Perform coding and related software engineering tasks per project requirements 

Participate in Sprint Reviews and daily Scrum Meetings as a committed member of the team 

Create, document, and perform unit-test plans / scripts 

Participate in code and design reviews 

Investigate, analyze, and document reported issues 

Ability to innovate and provide functional applications with intuitive interfaces
