Job Summary: - Senior Software Developer position in a company within the Real Estate industry. - Based in Boca Raton, FL with initial onsite work for 1-2 months, then switching to a hybrid model. - 6-month contract role.

- Requires at least 5 years of experience in C#, Blazor, Docker Containers, Azure, Web development: REACTJS, Python, SQL Server, SQL Reporting Services (SSRS). - Responsibilities include prioritizing tasks with the Software Development Team Lead based on corporate vision, goals, and strategies. - Direct interaction with the user community to ensure business processes and software systems align with corporate vision, goals, and strategies.

- Collaboration with team members, including non-developers, in software system development. - Required to document all business processes, database schema changes, and code changes. - Must adhere to prescribed coding standards.
