Our business involves the design, engineering, fabrication, and installation of plumbing, heating, air conditioning systems, and process and boiler piping, as well as building automation services. We also design, manufacture, and install food processing equipment. We service what we install by providing our customers with a full range of HVAC and plumbing service and maintenance.
Position Requirements
Duties and Responsibilities
• Engage directly with active business challenges and contribute to solution development
• Support projects through research, analysis, and data collection
• Collaborate in brainstorming sessions to develop creative, actionable ideas
• Prepare and maintain documentation for ongoing initiatives
• Coordinate communication across teams and departments
• Attend and participate in meetings with leaders and executives
• Assist in preparing impactful presentations and reports for decision-makers
• Take part in skill-building workshops, training sessions, and networking events
• Perform other duties or projects that push you outside your comfort zone
Preferred Knowledge, Experience & Skills
• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a college/university program related to your field of interest
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and embrace challenging assignments
• Proficiency in basic office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.)
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
