* Technical Proficiency: Mastery of Python, C, or C++ with experience in multi-platform (Windows/UNIX) architecture.
* Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading software teams and mentoring junior developers. Technical & Strategic Responsibilities * System Architecture: Translate complex mission requirements into scalable software designs and technical roadmaps.
* Advanced Data Engineering: Expertise in handling massive datasets and optimizing performance for high-stakes environments.
* Quality Assurance Oversight: Lead the creation of global test plans and oversee the execution of rigorous QA procedures.
* DevOps Proficiency: Advanced skill in managing automated CI/CD environments using Docker, Ansible, Jenkins, and Bamboo. Preferred Skills * Familiarity with Elasticsearch.
