What is a software assistant?

Software Assistants are digital tools or programs designed to help users accomplish specific tasks or streamline workflows within software environments. They can range from simple task automation bots to advanced AI-driven virtual assistants that provide support, suggestions, or information. These assistants often integrate with various applications to enhance productivity and reduce manual effort. Examples include voice-activated assistants, chatbots, and scheduling tools.
