Job description

T3 Constructors is an established framing contractor and sister company to Magenta Exterior Solutions Inc. - a growing exterior renovation company specializing in Siding, Roofing, and General Contracting. Together, we are a close-knit group of construction companies committed to craftsmanship, integrity, and exceptional client service. As T3 continues to grow, we are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our expanding operations.

About the role

This is a hands-on role that keeps our operations running smoothly - you'll work closely with project managers and field crews to ensure work orders are processed and tracked, invoices are handled, and the books stay in order.

What you'll do

  • Create, issue, and track work orders from initiation to completion
  • Coordinate with project managers and field crews on work order status
  • Process supplier and subcontractor invoices and coordinate approvals
  • Maintain accurate records in accounting software
  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable entries
  • Reconcile work order costs against budgets and actuals
  • Generate basic financial and work order reports
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years of administrative experience, ideally in construction or trades
  • Familiarity with work order management and basic bookkeeping
