We are looking to add software engineers to our development teams for a wide array of products including Battle Management, Command & Control, Communications, Effectors, and Surveillance and Warning systems. What You Will Do: * Participate in collaborative, cross-discipline integrated product teams, employ agile software development techniques and resources to develop, test, and integrate complex software and systems solutions for aerospace and defense applications
* Assist and participate in the requirements, design, development and testing of real-time embedded software, application software, and tools, to include development of new work products or enhancement of existing applications and systems
* Work collaboratively with Systems and Integration Test Engineers to analyze, implement and test system Qualifications You Must Have: * Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics or Mathematics or a related (STEM) discipline
* Minimum of five (5) or more years of relevant experience in software development, integration, and/or test using C++, Java, C# or similar object-oriented software language
* Active and transferable U.S. government-issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date Qualifications We Prefer: * Highly desired experience Leading teams
* Experience contributing to a team environment for the purpose of developing creative solutions to difficult technical problems
* Experience working in Agile environment such as Scrum, Scrum @ Scale, SAFe, Test-Driven Development, DevSecOps
* Strong problem-solving, teamwork and communication skills
* Desire and ability to learn new technologies and tools
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with time-critical requirements
* Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins), configuration management tools (e.g., Azure, Jira, Git, Bitbucket, Artifactory), and data analysis tools (e.g., MATLAB, Python).
* Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, memory management, and multithreaded applications.
* Knowledge of Red Hat and/or Linux Operating Systems
* Knowledge of Windows development

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
