Essential Job Functions

  • Daily communication via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Conduct case research.
  • Request and maintain supporting documents.
  • Review, upload, and process correspondence through our case management software.
  • Schedule and maintain the Attorneys calendar.
  • Schedule and participate in client meetings.
  • Prepare demands, answer discovery, and draft pleadings.
  • Write medical record summaries and maintain billing accuracy.

Job Qualifications

  • An associate degree or combination of education and experience; preferred bachelors degree.
  • 1 to 3 years experience working as a legal assistant or paralegal; preferred in Personal Injury Litigation.
  • Demonstrated exemplary customer service skills.
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Must be able to understand and interpret legal documents.
