Job description

Front Office Assistant – Urgent Care Outpatient Facility

Location: Near Augusta, Georgia
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Lunch: 30-minute unpaid lunch
Pay: $16 per hour

Our client is seeking a Front Office Assistant to join their urgent care outpatient facility near Augusta, Georgia. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service to patients while supporting the day-to-day administrative operations of the front office.

Responsibilities
  • Greet patients in a friendly and professional manner
  • Check patients in and out
  • Verify patient insurance and eligibility
  • Schedule and coordinate patient appointments
  • Maintain accurate patient information and documentation
  • Utilize Aprima electronic medical records/software
  • Assist with general front office and administrative duties
  • Provide clear and courteous communication with patients and staff
Qualifications
  • Previous medical front office or healthcare administrative experience preferred
  • Experience with Aprima is a plus
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a busy outpatient/urgent care environment
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English required
Compensation & Schedule
  • $16–$17/hour
  • Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
  • 30-minute lunch
  • No weekends indicated
