At John Mini Distinctive Landscapes, we make places beautiful. With over 50 years of expertise, we are leaders in indoor and outdoor landscaping and holiday design, transforming spaces across New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut.


We are seeking a passionate and skilled team player to join our Projects team to assist with all aspects of indoor and outdoor landscape construction.


As part of the Projects team at John Mini, you will be responsible for:

Properly handle plant materials during installation, transplanting, and removals.

Install soil, mulch, and decorative stone top dressings according to standards.
Execute softscape (tree, shrub, perennial, soil) installations.
Perform hardscape and masonry work including pavers, precast materials, gravel, and drainage.
Safely operate small equipment.
