Description
We're looking for organized and reliable Adult Softball Scorekeepers to manage the scoreboard, track game details, and assist Site Supervisors in keeping every game running smoothly and on time.

Essential Job Duties
What You'll Do in This Role:
  • Keep accurate score and track game time for adult softball games
  • Arrive at least 30 minutes prior to game time to prepare for scheduled contests
  • Assist with set-up of equipment to ensure games start on time
  • Record important game details on official score sheets
  • Remain attentive throughout games to ensure accurate and consistent scorekeeping
  • Assist the site supervisor with general game-day operations, including addressing participant or spectator concerns as needed
  • Complete and submit incident or accident reports in a timely manner when necessary
  • Support post-game clean-up, including returning equipment and managing lost and found items
  • Accurately track and submit hours worked

Minimum Qualifications
You Have:
  • Basic knowledge of softball rules and scoring
  • Ability to communicate clearly and interact respectfully with players, colleagues, and community members

You Will Succeed in This Role If You:
  • Are detail-oriented and able to stay focused during games
  • Are dependable and arrive prepared and on time for scheduled shifts
  • Can remain calm and professional when assisting with questions or resolving minor conflicts
