Title: Net Metering Project Coordinator
Duration: 3 Months
Location: Tualatin, OR
Work Hours: 8am to 5pm ; Local candidates only
Description
Requires specialized skills or is multi-skilled developed through job-related training and considerable on-the-job experience Completes work with a limited degree of supervision Likely to act as an informal resource for associates with less experience.
Team of 4. Consists of processing high volumes of applications on a daily basis and providing customer service to installers for the Net Metering program. Require coordination and collaboration with other departments to progress the application through the process on a cloud based system.
Key Responsibilities
  • Process Project ApplicationsProcesses and responds to inquiries and/or applications for specializedcustomer programs (e.g., net metering, solar payment)
  • Determines completeness ofapplications according to tariffs and company requirements
  • Determines level/tier ofproject and whether more study is required before approval.
  • Coordinates with all partiesto ensure completion of appropriate documents.
  • Project Planning and SupportWorks with project manager(s) to develop project scope, requirements,schedule and deliverables.
  • Develops purchase orders forequipment for customer interconnection with grid; monitors, tracks andreports to management and/or senior staff and others on project status andmilestones.
  • Coordinates project reviewmeetings and other meetings, such as site visits for testing andcommissioning projects.
  • Customer Support Tracks andassists in resolving customer issues; maintains database of issues andresolutions.
  • Coordinates with protection,metering and billing to facilitate smooth interconnection for customers;determines billing amounts and verifies payments made; resolves disputesand billing discrepancies.
  • Develop and CommunicateProcedures Develops and maintains manuals; analyzes and documentsprocedural changes and improvements for maintenance contractors; preparesemergency procedures for customers.
  • Clearly communicatesoperating/performance standards and procedures to customers, strategicpartners, internal departments, consultants and contractors.
