Salary Range: $75,000 - $80,000 Location: MacDill AFB, FL Summary: To provide Subject Matter Expert III (SME) Program Management and Labor necessary in support of the U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) Special Operations Forces Acquisition, Technology, and Logistics (SOF AT&L) is responsible for all USSOCOM research, development, acquisition, procurement, and logistics. SOF AT&L works with Government, academia, and industry in meeting its mission to provide rapid and focused acquisition, technology, and logistics support to Warfighters, delivering the most effective capabilities to our Special Operations Forces. LAUKOA personnel will provide contractor support personnel to assist J4 in implementing and systematically maintaining the Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS) Warehouse, Maintenance & Utilization (M&U), Registry, Property Accountability, Force Management, and Materiel Management modules across all Special Operation Forces’ supply support activities. DPAS is the only authorized Accountable Property System of Record (APSR) approved by the DOD. Duties and Responsibilities: * Implements USSOCOM SOF AT&L’s Inventory Control Point (ICP) development, including coordinating DPAS Property Accountability (PA), Warehouse, Maintenance and Utilization (M&U) and Materiel Management implementations/conversions. Implements other DPAS modules as they become available and sustains DPAS module requirements in support of USSOCOM end user. * Transitions SOF customers from legacy supply and/or inventory management applications to DPAS Warehouse, M&U and Materiel Management modules. Transition tasks include: (1) identifying scope of materiel to be converted, (2) providing a detailed review/scrub of the item catalog, (3) building the requisite structure and catalog in DPAS, (4) supporting the physical inventory through creating DPAS due-ins, (5) validate and research inventory transactions at SOFSA and outlying locations as required for DPAS implementation and sustainment, (6) execute data loads, (7) execute data validation/reconciliation, and (8) DPAS maintenance. * Manages the DPAS Master Data Table. Actions appropriate data structure changes in DPAS Master Table to accurately reflect asset data or customer/unit force structure data. * Manages the DPAS catalogs. Provides system sustainment via system data reviews for any catalog changes, Set Kit Office (SKO) updates, inspection requirements, owning DoDAAC updates, Location and Address updates. * Employs the entire Microsoft Office Suite capability to produce manage workload requirements and provide administrative work products. * Employs matured interpersonal skills, such as action and solution-oriented approach to problem solving, to support DPAS implementation in a fast-paced and fluid environment. Qualifications: * Associates' degree required in Financial Management, Program Management or Logistics field * Minimum 5 Years of combined experience with DOD or other federal agency in Financial Management, Program Management, or Logistics, INCLUDING: * Minimum 2 years’ experience as a program/project lead supporting implementation and sustainment * Minimum one year experience operating in a Logistics Information System (LIS) * Prefer one year SOF experience with knowledge of USSOCOM enterprise, subordinate organizations, and Service roles and responsibilities * Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite * Requires Secret Clearance on day one of performance Contingent upon award.
