Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver tailored one-on-one counseling sessions addressing a diverse array of mental health and psychosocial issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.
  • Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions that foster peer support, promote psychoeducation, and address common mental health concerns, utilizing proven therapeutic techniques.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans, incorporating measurable goals and evidence-based interventions that align with clients' needs.
  • Provide crisis intervention services, including thorough risk assessments, safety planning, and the coordination of emergency resources to ensure client safety and well-being.
  • Advocate passionately for clients and their rights, assisting them in navigating complex healthcare systems and community resources to access vital services.
