Work Environment

In this remote role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with school administrators, teachers, and other professionals to create a supportive network for students. Our remote technology platforms enable seamless communication and collaborative case management, ensuring you can engage effectively with clients while working from the convenience of your home office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and manage individualized support plans that address the specific needs of students and families facing social, emotional, or behavioral challenges.
  • Conduct thorough assessments through interviews and observations to evaluate clients' current conditions, strengths, needs, and weaknesses.
  • Set measurable goals tailored to each client, revisiting and adjusting these goals regularly based on progress and feedback.
  • Provide counseling and guidance during sessions to help clients make informed decisions about their mental health and well-being.
  • Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes as per ethical and legal standards.
  • Facilitate case conferences and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive service delivery.
  • Act as a key advocate for clients, making appropriate referrals to community resources that empower recovery and promote self-sufficiency.

Qualifications
