You will engage with a collaborative team of medical professionals and social workers from your home office. • Provide individual and group psychotherapy sessions to clients, using established psychosocial techniques to facilitate treatment.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and healthcare specialists, to foster comprehensive care for all clients.
• Conduct performance evaluations of interns while assisting with their professional development, monitoring their caseloads, and ensuring they meet program requirements.
• Participate in quality assurance initiatives, auditing clinical documentation to ensure compliance with agency standards and funding requirements.
• Complete all necessary programmatic reports as requested, documenting client progress and contributing to overall organizational performance assessments.
• Engage in crisis intervention and provide clinical consultation via phone and in-person as needed to address urgent client situations.
• Facilitate training sessions for interns and educational workshops consistent with federal, state, and local guidelines to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Remain actively involved in recruitment events aimed at attracting qualified interns and trainees to support our clinical programs.
• Ensure that all client files and records are accurately maintained in our electronic health record system, adhering to best practices in documentation and confidentiality.
• Participate in program monitoring and assist in implementing organizational clinical objectives and standards.

The role primarily focuses on serving a diverse clientele, including those seeking detoxification and recovery from substance use disorders. You will work with clients from various backgrounds, recognizing the need for culturally sensitive practices that honor each individual's unique circumstances. • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health discipline.
• Must be independently licensed as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.
• Residency in the United States is required.
• A strong understanding of addiction recovery processes and mental health treatment methodologies is preferred.

• Experience in a similar clinical role, particularly within detox or inpatient settings, is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with telehealth practices and virtual therapy provision.
• Previous involvement in supervisory roles or training of interns and trainees is beneficial.

The position offers a competitive annual salary range of USD 52,000 to 70,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
