Job description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and case management.
  • Conduct assessments and maintain documentation.
  • Develop and update IEPs and BIPs; participate in IEP meetings.
  • Communicate regularly with families and collaborate with external agencies.
  • Support classroom staff with behavioral strategies and data review.
  • Monitor progress, provide training, and respond to emergencies.
  • Stay current with best practices and perform related duties as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Master's in Social Work or related field.
  • State-appropriate license (e.g., LCSW, LMSW, SSW).
  • Experience with special education and IEPs.
  • Strong communication, crisis management, and tech skills.
