Job description

Job Summary
This is a temporary research assistant position supporting a community-engaged program evaluation project, including community advisory board engagement, focus group coordination, email tracking, and survey start-up tasks.
Responsibilities*
  • Support planning, scheduling, and communication with community advisory board members
  • Assist with community advisory board recruitment, as well as focus group reminders, material preparation, and notetaking
  • Maintain organized communication logs, track email and google doc responses, and support timely follow-up
  • Help revise survey materials based on community advisory board feedback, test survey links, and support early phase implementation
  • General research support

  • Ability to work independently

  • Graduate of U of M within the last year
  • Community-engaged research experience

Modes of Work
Hybrid
The work requirements allow both onsite and offsite work and an employee has an expected recurring onsite presence. On occasion, the employee may be required and must be available to work onsite more frequently if necessitated by unit leadership or their designee and/or the job requirements.
