Position Overview:
ARC of the Treasure Coast is seeking an experienced Master of Social Work (MSW) professional to support the development and oversight of our growing internship program. This contract role is ideal for a motivated, self-directed individual who is passionate about mentoring emerging professionals and building structured, high-quality learning experiences.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical and professional guidance to MSW interns 
  • Ensure internship experiences align with academic and professional standards 
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify program needs and opportunities 
  • Assist with onboarding, training, and evaluating interns 
  • Maintain appropriate documentation and ensure compliance with applicable standards 
  • Serve as a liaison between ARC and academic institutions, as needed 

Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) required 
  • Minimum of 2 years post-graduate professional experience 
  • Strong understanding of supervision, mentorship, and professional development practices
