Job description

Salary: $70,000-$80,000

The Treatment Director provides leadership, oversight, and coordination of all treatment-related services for children
and youth receiving foster care services through Houston Strong Children Services.

CLINICAL TREATMENT OVERSIGHT

Develop, monitor, and review individualized treatment plans.
Coordinate services with therapists, psychiatrists, schools, and providers.
Monitor treatment progress and recommend modifications.
Participate in staffing meetings and treatment reviews.

PROGRAM LEADERSHIP

Provide leadership to case managers, interns, and support staff.
Ensure compliance with DFPS, T3C, and agency requirements.
Support quality improvement initiatives and program development.

FOSTER PARENT SUPPORT

Provide consultation and support to foster parents.
Assist with crisis intervention and stabilization efforts.
Coordinate trauma-informed care training opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Human Services, or related field.
Three years of experience in child welfare, foster care, or behavioral health.
Strong understanding of Texas foster care regulations.
Preferred Qualifications
LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
Supervisory experience.
TBRI (Trust-Based Relational Intervention) training.

PERFORMANCE INCENTIVE BONUS

The Treatment Director is eligible for an annual performance bonus of up to 5% of base salary based on the following
criteria:

Permanency outcomes
Compliance performance
Foster parent retention
