Recruiter Intern (onsite) – Reporting directly to the President and Founder

Seeking to add a motivated, driven, creative and open-minded summer intern to our team in downtown Houston.

Schedule is for flexible throughout the remainder of the summer and fall semester, with high potential to convert to a full-time teammate upon graduation, this academic year or next.

This intern will have the opportunity to work with some of the recruiting industry's veteran Recruiters and Sourcers, including former SpaceX employees, which have hired talent at the highest caliber for numerous, cutting-edge companies in the tech and space & defense sectors.

WHAT YOU GET TO DO…

  • Learn the craft from some of the best, proven Recruiters in the business
  • Partner with local and remote recruiting teammates, in order to provide support for ongoing talent searches
  • Identify talented individuals for job openings
  • Discover what it takes to find those purple squirrels
  • Drive social media initiatives for attracting candidates to job opportunities
  • Research client companies we're currently supporting, along with their competitors, in order to better understand talent markets and trends
  • Review resumes and incoming applicants
  • Coordinate meetings, phone screens, interviews, etc.
