You will work with a diverse client population, focusing primarily on individuals and families confronting challenges such as homelessness, domestic violence, substance abuse, and mental health crises. As part of a hospice center team, your role will include working with clients coping with end-of-life issues, ensuring they receive the emotional support and resources necessary to navigate these difficult situations.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required, ensuring a solid foundation for professional practice.
• Possession of active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is necessary to practice in Texas.
• Demonstrated understanding of social and economic justice issues, community resources, and the principles of trauma-informed care are essential for effective client engagement.
• Strong communication, cultural competence, and problem-solving abilities are critical for successful collaboration with clients and community partners.

The salary range for this position is competitive, falling between USD 60,000 and USD 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will be eligible for a sign-on bonus, enhancing your total compensation package.
