****Average hourly rate is $14.55 (including wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.)****
***Two shifts are available: Monday - Thursday 4p to 2a and Monday - Thursday 12a - 10a. Both shifts will require a rotating on-call weekend once every four weeks. ****
We are looking for Crisis Support Worker to add to our team! A High School diploma or equivalent is required. Previous work experience demonstrating competency in a role serving children and families preferred. We will teach you the rest!
A Day in The Life as a Crisis Support Worker
As a Crisis Support Worker, you will assist with children after hours. These situations may include, transporting a child to their new foster home or helping a child in moderate crisis. This is a full-time position. Support Workers may be asked to be with a child in a hospital or any of our numerous offices in the area. We do provide a company car, cell phone and compute. This position requires a rotation of weekend on call hours once every four weeks.

We are looking for someone who is compassionate, eager to learn, and who wants to help children in times of crisis. We are looking for someone that can communicate clearly and effectively. We want someone who has a desire to help children grow, learn, and build healthy coping skills and a strong desire to advocate for children! This position is great for those looking for a part-time job and who is wanting experience in the child welfare field.
