Job description

JSSA Homecare is currently hiring CNAs and/or CMTs to work and make a difference in the lives of residents of Montgomery County, Maryland, in need of support with their daily living activities. Long and Short Shifts Available. Daytime, Weekends, and Holiday Hours.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care to clients in their place of residence (bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, care of hair and nails, changing linens, laundry)
  • Promote principles of good nutrition including planning and preparation of meals, observing dietary instructions
  • Accompany client to appointments, on errands and shopping as appropriate
  • Complete and submit all required documentation at end of shift.

Qualifications:
  • Current Maryland CNA or CMT license
  • At least one year of practical experience in a hospital, nursing home, home care program or hospice.
  • CPR certification
