A Solid Charleston area law firm is seeking a social security legal assistant.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • MUST have a minimum of 2 years recent law firm experience.
  • Social security disability experience.
  • Familiar with HIPAA compliance.
  • Proven record of requesting, reviewing, and summarizing medical records.
  • Must be organized.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Have experience with case management software.
  • Familiar with documentation required in this Social Security & Disability law.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Type 45+ wpm.
